When I remember the first time I witnessed myself being afraid of things I start to notice a pattern with my actions. I always used to avoid the situations or people because, of how I felt being afraid. Now, having grown older I do not feel the same necessarily about my reactions to the same situations. My feelings are similar but, I have learned that "Nothing in life is to be feared it is only to be understood" ~Maria Curie. I understand that there will always be the unknown and it is how you approach that unknown. Have you ever felt similarly? How do you handle fear?
